Coordinator of the "Mocna Straż" project
She has been involved with the “Watchdog" programme for 3 years, initially as a volunteer, then developed co-operation with the Ukrainian partner in terms of enhancing watchdog activities in Ukraine. She has been coordinating the monitoring activities on public consultation within the Social Project 2012, has monitored the public consultation process in Warsaw. A graduate of Cultural Studies at the Department of Central and Eastern European Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Team member of the "Mocna Straż" project
The programming director at the Association of Leaders of Local Civic Groups – performs supervision over the development of the “Mocna straż" programme. The co-author and first coordinator of the “Watchdog" programme (in the years 2007 - 2008). The author of the project concept “Watchdog Initiatives’ School”. For her activities in favour of the development of watchdog activities and transparency in Poland she has been accepted by the association of social innovators Ashoka. A graduate of sociology at the University of Warsaw.

KRZYSZTOF IZDEBSKI

Team member of the "Mocna Straż" project,
a lawyer specialising in access to public information. Since 2007 he has been involved with the projects of the Association of Leaders of Local Civic Groups, supporting watchdog organisations. The author of publications relating to ethics in watchdog organisations.

KAROLINA WALKIEWICZ

Team member of the "Mocna Straż" project
Within the “Mocna Straż” project, she  co-runs an online-stationary course “On guard” and co-writes website materials. Since 2006 she has been working for the Association of Leaders of Local Civic Groups. She has participated, among others, in a monitoring programme on financing election campaigns, including residents in the process of budget creation and socialising decision-making processes.

Within the “Mocna Straż” project, she is responsible for contact with organisations carrying out watchdog activities. Previously, she worked for the Association on creating a map of watchdog projects and arranging the TransparencyCamp conference. For two years, she worked for the Stefan Batory Foundation as an assistant to the watchdog activities and legal education programmes. Currently, she is completing her master thesis on Polish watchdogs at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
